Dr. Yizhou (Joe) He is the Managing Director and China CEO of Australian Capital Equity (“ACE”) Pty Ltd., a private investment group founded by Kerry Stokes AC. With more than 40 years of investment experience across a wide range of industries, ACE’s assets span energy, including Seven Group Holdings and Beach Energy; earthmoving machinery, including WesTrac; building materials, including Boral Limited; minerals, including BC Iron; media, including Seven West Media; and equipment hire and financing, including Coates Hire.
Before joining ACE, Dr. He was an Investment Director at Fosun Group, a renowned diversified investment group in China. As Vice Chairman and CEO of Fosun’s cosmetics division, Dr. He led a series of successful cross-border investments and mergers and acquisitions. By connecting Chinese capital with global industrial resources, Dr. He helped portfolio companies enter the Chinese market and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Dr. He also served as Fosun Group’s Chief Representative in Israel. In this role, he managed Fosun’s investments and operations in Israel and developed strong connections across the country’s public and private sectors.
Dr. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Arizona State University, a Master of Philosophy in Management from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Economics from Sun Yat-sen University.
