Strengthening Collaborative Networks to Support Australia-China Business Engagement
加强协作网络，支持澳中商业往来
On 19 June 2026, AustCham China Chair Vaughn Barber and Acting CEO Nathan Hou attended the Team Australia meeting held at the Australian Embassy in Beijing, joining representatives from Australia’s diplomatic, trade, government, industry and chamber networks in China.
2026年6月19日，中国澳大利亚商会会长冯栢文（Vaughn Barber）及代理首席执行官侯尧宸（Nathan Hou）出席在澳大利亚驻华大使馆举行的Team Australia会议，与澳大利亚在华外交、贸易、政府、行业机构及商会网络代表共同交流。
The meeting provided an important platform for participants to exchange views on Australia’s engagement in China, business priorities, market opportunities and cross-regional collaboration.
本次会议为各方提供了一个重要平台，共同探讨澳大利亚在华发展、企业需求、市场机遇及跨区域协作。
Why this collaboration matters

The meeting brought together key members of the broader Australian network in China, including representatives from the Australian Embassy and Consulates, Austrade, Australian state governments, the National Foundation for Australia-China Relations, DFAT, and Australian chambers of commerce across China.
本次会议汇聚了澳大利亚在华网络中的重要力量，包括澳大利亚驻华使领馆、澳大利亚贸易投资委员会、澳大利亚各州政府代表、澳中基金会、澳大利亚外交贸易部相关代表，以及来自中国不同地区的中国澳大利亚商会代表。
As a leading chamber supporting Australian businesses in China, AustCham China remains committed to serving as a bridge between government, business, industry and community. The value of a coordinated network
协同网络的价值
The meeting highlighted the importance of Team Australia in China. Australia’s presence in China is not represented by any single organisation, but by a collaborative network of diplomatic missions, trade agencies, state governments, industry bodies, chambers of commerce and businesses working together.
本次会议也再次体现了澳大利亚在华协作网络的重要意义。澳大利亚在华力量并非由单一机构构成，而是由外交机构、贸易促进部门、州政府、行业组织、商会及企业共同组成的协作网络。
Stronger information sharing and coordination across this network will help better support Australian companies and contribute to the continued development of Australia-China business ties.
