The Australian National University has released the first database comprehensively tracking Chinese investment into Australia. The data shows that there has been 262 transactions worth over $40.4 billion worth of investment over the past 4 years.
The Chinese Investment in Australia (CHIIA) Database was developed using new methodology from the ANU East Asian Bureau of Economic Research.
