KPMG China promotes 42 partners, comprising 20 women and 22 men, in line with the firm’s deep commitment to inclusion and diversity.
KPMG China is pleased to announce 42 partner promotions, of which 20 are women and 22 are men, in line with the firm’s commitment to inclusion and diversity. With the promotions, women will account for about 46 percent of all senior professional staff at KPMG China, including partners.
The promotions are effective from 1 October. Of the 42 new partners, 28 are based in mainland China and 14 are in Hong Kong.

KPMG China currently has over 10,000 staff (including partners) working in 16 cities across China. In addition to recruiting 1,800 graduates across China and Hong Kong in the next 12 months, the firm is hiring over 150 new digital experts to build on existing technological expertise and innovative solutions for our clients.
