Grand Hyatt Beijing is pleased to share the good news that our Made in China restaurant remains a MICHELIN Plate award winner in the MICHELIN Beijing Guide 2021, which was announced on 16 November 2020 in Beijing. It is the second edition of the MICHELIN guide in Beijing, the first being in 2020, and it is the second consecutive appearance of Made in China in the guide.
The saying goes: “You haven’t experienced Beijing until you’ve dined at Made in China.” An award-winning culinary destination for more than 17 years that has spawned sister restaurants at Hyatt hotels in other cities, the original Made in China is the place to savor authentically crafted home-style classics from northern China, including the signature Peking duck and Beggar’s chicken. The contemporary tea-house setting with open kitchens and lively communal dining also offers five private rooms for 6 to 16 diners and a dine-in wine cellar. A sophisticated drinks list and creative desserts complement this unforgettable Beijing dining experience.
