As China becomes increasingly international, relationships between Chinese people and expats are becoming more common, especially in the first tier cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. When marriage and family relationships are established, and property is purchased, these international private affairs can be difficult to handle in cases of difficult-to-solve disputes, and some expats in China may have trouble navigating Chinese laws.
Presented by one of the most experienced lawyers in his field, Qi Lianfeng, AustCham invites you to a legal seminar which will cover Marriage Law, Succession Law, and property-related laws. This seminar will also help you understand the possible legal risks you may encounter in China and how to avoid them. The seminar will include, but is not limited to, the following topics:
