Speakers
Andrew Sim is the responsible partner managing the Beijing IP practice for Baker & McKenzie. He assists many of the world’s top food and beverage companies build and protect their brands in China. He focuses on anti-counterfeiting trademarks, copyright and designs. He also advises extensively on related internet and advertising laws.

Courtney Macintosh is a Senior Associate based in Baker & McKenzie’s Beijing office, and she works with a number of global companies on their brand portfolios in China. She focuses on brand protection, IP enforcement and advertising.
