You’re invited to Hatchery’s second Oyster Pop Up Bar – Shucked!

本周六晚Hatchery餐厅邀请大家一起品尝来自澳洲、法国最顶级的进口生蚝和起泡葡萄酒。

This Saturday from 11am (until stock runs out!), we’ll be shucking the freshest of imported oysters in the Hatchery dining room with deals on Australian and French oysters and sparkling.

法国黄金生蚝

口感：鲜甜爽口，口感丰富，带有迷人的榛子味如同红酒般需要欣赏。

黄金生蚝生长于法国诺曼底地区的圣瓦斯特拉乌格，每一只生蚝外壳都会带着微微闪光的金黄色。因为维度的关系，这里的海水和阳光不及地中海温暖，但造就了黄金生蚝清爽的口感，微凉的脆爽，在品尝黄金生蚝的瞬间，就可以感受到拂面的海水的鲜咸。

Ostre’or oysters are grown in St. Vaast-La-Hougue in Normandy where there is a combination of gentle coasts, rugged reefs and sheer cliffs. The huge tidal range brings strong wave energy which gives nutrition and creates crispiness to Oyster’Or. You can taste the rich layers and the metallic flavor, like a kiss of sea breeze and a touch of ocean waters.

Tasmania is an island off the southern tip of Australia surrounded by both Pacific and Indian oceans. It has a unique ecosystem where nourishing ocean currents from the South Pole, mild marine climate and four distinct seasons, make it the perfect habitat for Pacific oysters. Tasmanian oysters have a relatively small and smooth shell with sweet, succulent and creamy meat. This is due to the extremely high quality of the surrounding waters and environment.

Situated among the beautiful hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, along the famous “White Wine Road”, you can find “Coste Petrai”, a newly conceived company where Prosecco is quite definitely the highlight of their production. In fact, it is produced in various types of sparkling DOC and DOCG wines. “Coste Petrai” has been in European markets for just a short time but has already met with excellent results, especially in northern Europe.

酩悦香槟酒 Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial

本葡萄酒堪称酩悦风格的最佳例子之一，反映了酒质更可多年不变的特征。它以三种香槟葡萄和谐调配而成，分别为莎当妮白葡萄、比诺罗瓦黑葡萄和比诺曼妮黑葡萄。在扑鼻的丝丝酒香中夹杂着白柠檬和葡萄花蕾的芳香。于口腔内具丰富酒味，饮后仍留存若有若无感觉，令人回味无穷。
