Our Beijing office opened in 2010 primarily to give on-the-ground transactional support to Chinese based entities in relation to their investments in South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Our Beijing team includes Australian and PRC qualified lawyers, fluent in Mandarin and English. All have significant experience in outbound foreign direct investment.

They are supported by a team of corporate, capital markets and projects lawyers in our Shanghai and Hong Kong offices and can draw on the extensive resources of our international office network.
