Founded in 2002, Etonkids International Kindergartens is a subsidiary of EEC Education Group (formerly known as Etonkids International Education Group). It was co-founded by members of the Alumni Association of Harvard University, the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University, and educational experts from the American
Montessori Society (AMS).
