The desire to master the skill has not only created massive benefits for businesses in the wine industry, it has also created growth in the education and tourism sectors in renowned wine-making countries, such as Australia.
Lin Wang is the general manager of Auswan Creek’s South Australia department and National Judge of the China Food Industry Association with specialisations in wine and fruit wine.
