Aozhouhaigui.com is an exciting, free-to-use bilingual HR tool that connects graduates exclusively from the Australian Group of Eight (Go8) Universities with The China-Australia Chamber of Commerce (AustCham China) and Chinese Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) member companies to maximise employment opportunities for Go8 graduates and students.
Who is it for?
The system is available to all graduates from participating Go8 Australian universities and all 270 AustCham and 50,000 CCOIC member companies from across China. CCOIC is a powerful government-affiliated organisation made up of China’s biggest companies, some well-known members include ICBC, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Jingdong (JD.com), Baidu, Alibaba, Tengxun, CITIC Group, Yili, Sinopec, China Eastern and many more. It is chiefly responsible for international advocacy on behalf of Chinese companies and is heavily involved in trade policy formulation. Thus, Aozhouhaigui.com provides students with a unique opportunity to gain direct employment exposure to the most renowned companies in China, in addition to Australian companies operating in China.
How do we use it?
To use the platform, graduates create a profile and upload their qualifications. Once filled in, these profiles are searchable by AustCham and CCOIC member companies. Upon finding a viable candidate, these companies can then initiate a conversation regarding job opportunities with students through Aozhouhaigui.com.
