Litigation, not only requires a lawyer’s legal skill but also communication skill, to some extend, it relies on the lawyer’s tactic and strategy. How should a lawyer use the legal right and how should a lawyer communicate with the court and the judge? Is it lawful for the plaintiff or defendant to communicate with the judge in the process of litigation?Mr QI Lianfeng will illustrate this issue at this speech on the basis of his experience.

Lecturer: QI Lianfeng

 Qi Lianfeng has been working in the legal industry over 10 years and has gathered very rich experience in civil and commercial litigation practice. In 2003, when Qi Lianfeng was in his 20s he brought about a constructive strategy in a legal case thevalue of which was over tens of million CNY. In the globally well-knowndivorce case between the founder of CRAZY ENGLISH and his American wife Kim LEE, QI Lianfeng was the lawyer for Kim and won the case. Thousands of media reported this case, such as CCTV, Associated Press, CNN, New York Times and China Daily and so on. Qi Lianfeng also helped some high-level businessmen and government officials to resolve legal problems and gave some comments on the legal issued to be concerned by the public.
