Held at the New Zealand Embassy in Beijing the dawn service on 25 April many gathered to commemorate ANZAC Day.
Marking the 102 year anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during the First World War. The service commenced at 5:15am and was followed by a traditional ‘Gunfire Breakfast’. Gates opened at 4:30am and closed at 5:10am. In memory of the servicemen and women who fought and for those protecting our countries today, memorable music was provided by the International Festival Chorus Beijing.
