Tim has extensive legal experience in corporate transactional matters, including complex public and private securities offerings, public and private M&A transactions, banking and corporate restructuring. Prior to EB5AN, Timothy was an attorney at Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP, one of the most prestigious law firms in the world where he worked directly with Fortune 500 Companies. Tim also has extensive legal experience in China, having served as General Counsel for one of the largest entertainment companies in China. Tim holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Yale University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Duke University School of Law.

James Anderson is the owner and founder of Global 360, an International Education Company located in the New York Metropolitan area. He holds a BA of Music from William Paterson University located in New Jersey. For seven years he was the facilitator for Educational and Cultural Experiences for International Students at a local private school in the New York Metropolitan area. During his employment at this school he developed many programs for both domestic and international students. James believes that International Educational programs will provide students with a quality cross-cultural experience, enhancing the skills needed for today’s global citizen.

Zhang Tao graduated from the Peking Union Medical College with his first medical degree in 1990. He later received his M.D. from Mayo Clinic. Dr. Zhang is certified physician of the National Medical Examination Committee of America and a member of The Chinese Medical Association. Dr. Zhang has over 30 years of clinical experience. In addition to specializing in the treatment and diagnosis of problems in every body system, Dr. Zhang has a wealth of rich experience in trauma and acute care, and is particularly proficient at treating acute abdomens.
