POST EVENT UPDATE | 2019 International Women’s Day Brunch

On March 8th, AustCham China in conjunction with the Australian Embassy celebrated the social, political and economic achievements of women across the globe at our International Women’s Day Brunch.
Our event featured a discussion panel with Fortescue Metals Group CEO Elizabeth Gaines, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation China Office Director Yinuo Li, and Vice President of Alibaba Group Luna Xing, moderated by CGTN anchor Cheng Lei, who shared their insights regarding female leadership and empowerment with more than 350 attendees from the international community.
The event took place at the luxurious China World Summit Wing, featuring an opulent brunch and fine Australian wines.
