Michael Boddington is the Founder and Managing Director of Asian Agribusiness Consulting (AAC) & Asian Agribusiness Recruitment Training & Development (AARTD), leading agribusiness advisory and recruitment businesses with offices in Beijing and Ho Chi Minh City. Michael has over 24 years of on the ground experience in China after moving to China full time in 1997.

Prior to forming AAC and AARTD in 2007 Michael was the General Manager of Alltech in East Asia for six years where he was responsible for managing their feed additive business. Before joining Alltech Michael held numerous positions for PIC, the world’s largest pig genetics business for 13 years in Australia, Philippines and China where he was responsible for starting their China business.

Michael holds a MBA from the University of New England and Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science from the University of Adelaide. Over the past 14 years Michael has cooperated with numerous Australia agribusiness representative bodies in China such Primary Industries and Regions of South Australia, Australian Southern Bluefin Tuna Association, MLA, Wine Australia, Summerfruit Australia Limited and Horticulture Innovation Australia.
