About Kooka
Kooka Networking Drinks is an informal networking and socialising event held every Friday evening from 6:30pm - 10pm, usually at Aria Bar, China World Hotel. It is THE meeting spot for Australians and friends of Australia. Check the events page for detais of this weeks Kooka event.Members: FREE

Includes a range of discounted Australian beers, wine and canapes. A special Kooka menu is also available.
There are great raffle prizes to be won every week, with all profits from ticket sales going to charity.
History
A few hardy Aussies who wanted to bring a feeling of Australia to Beijing brought Kooka Networking Drinks to life back in June 2004. It began with just a few guys meeting up on regular basis to share stories and to enjoy a meeting spot where everyone felt at home.
Today Kooka Networking Drinks has grown beyond a small handful of mates meeting up into a social focus for the whole Australian community and their friends, but it keeps to its original style. Everyone's welcome and anything goes at Kooka - a place to network, meet people, or just kick back with a few beers and relax.
